Patrick Keenan-Devlin ran to become Illinois' 18th District state representative in 2010. As part of the campaign's marketing strategy, a short "video introduction" to Patrick was created to spread his message and solicit contributions. The campaign succeeded in raising over $100,000 in contributions, $30,000 more than the next candidate in the field, but ultimately lost the race by less than 400 votes.
